I had the joy and privilege of learning Tai Chi from Si-Jeh Rosalie (JoeMa) and Sifu Joe Keit when I lived in Palm Beach County. I battle Fibromyalgia and taking classes helped me increase my flexibility, decreased my stress, and helped me lose over 50 pounds!

I was really a shy kid when I first started learning Kung Fu from Sifo Joe Keit. I was about 9 when my mom brought me to my first class with Sifu Joe. Now, I'm almost 13 and Sifu Joe has made a lifelong, positive and strong impression on me. He really cares about his students and their families. That was important to me and my family..

All the instructors and assistant instructors have been positive role models, too. My Sifu and all the SiBaat, SiJeh and SiHing have helped me be a better person. My self-confidence has grown and I'm more comfortable with others,

The physical side of Kung Fu continues to help me improve my coordination and fitness levels, while having a lot of fun. It's challenging and rewarding to learn and then get better at something new. My dad is always saying how proud of me he is because of what I'm learning and committed to. I know that is because of the self-esteem I have built throughKung Fu.

I'm 1/4 Chinese and it was also important for me and my family that I learn about the Chinese culture and history. So, in addition to the Kung Fu I'm learning, I'm learning about Lion Dance and some of the cultural traditions. I like that I'm learning some Cantonese, too. My mom's family in San Francisco all speak Cantonese and it makes them smile to hear me say what I've learned for them :)

Finally, I've made some great friends in my classes. I really enjoy how the school students and instructors feel like a big and happy extended family.

We have students from the areas of Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Deerfield Beach, and all over the tri-county area. We know a good traditional Kung Fu school is hard to find. Our team is dedicated to providing high quality martial arts training. Sifu Joe has over 15 years teaching experience and many of our Assistant Instructors have been Sifu Joe’s students for 10 years.

Sifu Joe Keit is an instructor of both Northern & Southern Style of Kung Fu and also has been a student of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for many years giving him a unique advantage into a wide variety of technique and strategy. All of this ties into the philosophy of our teachings, to respect where you come from, but to continue to grow and evolve… This is the true tradition of all Martial Arts…

What makes our school different is our attention to detail; you will get personalized instruction, work through a challenging & fun curriculum, learn weapons, self-defense, get in shape, build confidence, discipline, respect and the ability to work with a team or as a leader.
