Joe Keit Kung Fu is an amazing school. Joe, Jacob and Rosalie are amazing in every way. They make u feel welcome every time. We have two kids going here and they love Kung Fu. Joe takes a lot of time to educate people on his Youtube channel which is great because it helps u to learn a lot about the art that he knows so well. I cant wait to try kickboxing.

The school may have “Kung Fu” written on the door, but they teach so much more! Respect, focus, discipline, good sportsmanship- the list goes on! My kids love their kung-fu family and I’m thankful for the amazing staff that has accepted them with open arms.

Since the very first day we had an amazing experience with the very welcoming staff. Rosie is always with a smile and helps the kids and parents. Jacob is an amazing instructor, he is very good with the kids and my son (5yrs) absolutely adores him and his classes. My daughter (2yrs) is still too young but she can't wait to join the class. I'm def looking forward to sign her up when she gets older. I'm happy that I found this place as it's a very positive experience for my kids.

I absolutely love coming here!
Its been about 2 yrs since I started and I dont regret it at all. Everyone is so friendly its like a party every time I go. The best part is that the workouts never get stale or boring so I'm always happy to make it to class as much as I can. The instructors are all great at pushing you past the limitations you set for yourself. And its awesome when you notice how you've become stronger, more toned and more flexible. FAQs

Do virtual martial arts classes offer the same benefits as in-person classes?

Yes, with one exception. Virtual classes don’t have the same social atmosphere as in-person classes, but they provide the same physical and mental benefits as our regular martial arts classes.

Do I need any special equipment to enroll in a virtual martial arts class?

All you need is loose, breathable workout clothes. You may want a mat as well, but it’s not a requirement. If you already have a uniform from a regular martial arts class, you can wear it.

How can I be sure I’m doing the workout properly?

Our instructors will provide the same detailed instructions and demonstrations they would in a live class. You’ll be able to follow their instructions to ensure you are mastering each skill you learn.

Are virtual classes live or can I set my own schedule?

The classes are available live and for most students, this option offers the ideal experience. However, we recognize that not everybody’s schedule is the same. If you can’t attend the class when it’s happening, we make recordings available, so you can work out on your own schedule.

Will taking a virtual martial arts class help me to lose weight?

It can. The best way to lose weight is to combine a regular fitness routine with a healthy diet that’s rich in fruits and vegetables. Your body will respond best to foods that have plenty of nutrients.
